At the Hot Springs Rehabilitation Center, set to open in January 1961, an unidentified man works on renovations to the building. The Center is in Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas. The facilities are those of the old Army-Navy Hospital, which was given to the state of Arkansas by the United States Government.
